You must have heard about "content is king"… but that is like "a shop filled with good products"…
I mean: if nobody comes to your shop, then nobody will buy your products. This is especially important when you are selling things from your own home, maybe far away from shopping malls and shopping crowds!
And; if you start giving away free lunches in order to attract a big crowd, chances are still big that they just come to eat and again don’t buy your products.
The same could be through on your blog: are your visitors dropping by and going off without you monetizing on them? Then maybe:
- you are attracting the wrong crowd or
- you aren’t actively promoting your products enough
