Make sure others enjoy what you are doing to attract more visitors

Like we said in our case study Internet Marketing made fun! started 4 months ago January 30:

• one way of getting new visitors is joining in the fun on a fun blog.

Now some of these fresh visitors have been visiting my blog and went the extra mile to leave a comment.

So the least you can do is saying thank you, but the best way of saying thank you is giving them a link in your post like what I will do for the 2 commentators that left a comment in my casestudy:

• Thanks DaddyP for starting the fun
• Thanks Nursemyra for adding to the fun

Voila, it’s as simple as that.

Why would they bother to have a look at what I just wrote you would ask? Maybe they don’t but they have done you a favor by visiting your site, so you do them a favor back by linking to them.

And if you know the basics of SEO, you know it’s all about links…. So you do some Internet marketing by shouting your name in comments of other blogs and you return the Search Engine Optimization favor with a link.
